A Proposal of the solar power generation facility and a citizen’s plaza at the site of approximately 16,000㎡ in the reclaimed land. In recent years, boosted by decarbonization policies, arranging a large number of panels in the reclaimed land to buy and sell electricity have been the general solution. We proposed the facility to understand that the sun is not just a power device, but a source of life activity like it used to be since the ancient city established. We arranged panels to an arc to increase generation efficiency and planed a plaza at the center of the panel with a shape raised from the ground surface, based on the direction of the summer and winter solstice. We designed a stage that allows us to physically and rationally feel the value of the sun.
