Proposal of the presentation space of fashion brand at the site of a printing factory built in the early days of industry after WWⅡ. Observing the inorganic traces left in the factory, we abstracted the form and material that can exist without any discomfort until the level of self-construction is possible and planned.
When the interior materials were dismantled, we preserved the rough traces that appeared such as the tile traces remaining on the concrete slab, cracks in the mortar, and rust on the steel beam as they were. And then, we chose the materials to be paired with them.
Floating the wire mesh in the air, chipping cast-in-place concreate and forming concrete texture and using the rough linen cloth for the fitting room. We intended to preserve the atmosphere in the old factory.
