This is the project to renovate the former seaweed manufacturing factory located along the coast into a SUP(Stand Up Paddle board) workshop office. In order not to destroy the atmosphere of the wooden truss, we arranged new functions by using the existing elements in the former factory. The dimensional standard is based on 105 squares, which are used for trusses and columns, and 210 x 105 squares of beams. We used the wood wool cement board to the wall, which have been used for the ceiling, and symmetrically arranged the bathroom and mezzanine based on the space composition of the wooden truss. We intended to avoid new elements that would stop the secular variation of the space, and to preserve the value of the space here.
